HRSDC Desktop Video


HRSDC was looking to consolidate interview processes for Unemployment Insurance interviews to Regional Centres across Canada while not compromising service in existing locations.

A desktop videoconferencing solution was designed to provide the interviews. The national deployment required the fielding of over 200 systems across Canada, training staff in a new and unknown method and technology in two languages, and providing support services.

Videotelephony was able to accomplish this project with great success.
